What to expect?
The New Patient Consultation is a thorough consultation and examination process.
Before starting any treatment and to determine the best care plan, I will undertake an initial assessment of your health. This will involve gathering information on your condition, relevant lifestyle aspects along with your current and past health history. In addition, I will perform a physical examination and I may recommend you to seek further investigations, such as X-rays.
**Parts of the initial and follow up assessments may require you to remove some items of clothing. This is so I can visualise the body and also perform tests efficiently**
About Your Chiropractor
Danielle Jackson MChiro MMCA
Doctor Of Chiropractic
I began my chiropractic journey after experiencing a road traffic collision at the age of 19. At that age I wasn’t aware of healthcare in respect of “looking after your body for it to look after you” and I didn’t see nutrition, exercise or well-being as important topics. Thankfully my injuries were only minor, however, I couldn’t perform normal acts of daily living such as walking for more than 5 minutes or carry out routine daily duties at work.
I sought help from a McTimoney chiropractor who supported me on my road to recovery and after the first session I was able to walk for 20 minutes with ease, squat and tie my shoelaces. This inspired me to focus on health, well-being and aiding others like myself beginning my journey in Science and Psychology which then lead me into studying the 5 year masters degree in chiropractic at the McTimoney College of Chiropractic.
I would like to welcome you all to start your own road to recovery and to show you how great chiropractic care is.
